- updated loot pool of secret item location to refresh every 48 hours. This should allow for players to acquire the items without importing in extremely rare cases of bad luck with the spawn system used for building loot.

-added "Reinforced Rubber Boots". These can be found on Walker 22 and go well together with both the riot suits and Hazmat suits (don't clip). Statwise, they are slightly better drifter's boots.
