## Dual Monarchy
Adding the Anglois Dilemma event chains. Ever since the Treaty of Rome in 1498, the Dual Monarhcy has had to walk a fine line in not favouring one of its ethnic groups over the others. The king has to choose one of 3 paths. It either will strengthen the Anglois culture, but this will alienate the English, French and Provencal. Or either favour the English or the French. Each path has its unique events, journals and challenge.

* Added journal: The Anglois Ideology; Anglois path where you have to weigh out against English and French/Provencal tensions. Failing this will result in a Total Revolution, which most likely results in death.
* Added journal: French Integration, will result in English tensions and England's Secession
* Added journal: English integration, will result in French and Provencal tensions and Occitan Secession, French Secession

## Lotharingia and Atlantia
Lotharingia starts out with Denis de Aigle as its leader, who led the country's fight for independence and after winning a controversial election, also won the civil war after it thanks to help from his Beornian neighbours. However, his rule is still contested to an extent by those who see him as betraying the ideals of the country's independence and those who didn't want him in power, to begin with.
* Lotharingia now has a "House of Cards" Journal Entry at the start, which if completed will lead to the country's second civil war or the country becoming a democracy if it fails. If the country's standard of living is raised high enough while being an autocracy, however, the journal entry's progress can be paused and if it times out, the player can decide whatever fate they want for Lotharingia.
* If the civil war does happen though, the player can switch to any of the breakaway countries, which all of the journal entries, except for Atlantia will get some with the future rework of Amazonie.
* Nouvelle Alsace was the loyalist faction during Lotharingia's war for independence and has a journal to rejoin or ally with Burgundy.
* Odonia fought alongside de Aigle's forces during the war of independence and was mainly part of the anti-monarchist faction after it, but has grown alienated by his rule. They have a journal to oust de Aigle's regime.
* Taragui has been renamed "Ava Tetâ" to make more sense linguistically. They represent the Guarani in Lotharingia and have a journal to become a recognized country if they own most of their homelands.
* For the civil war, Lotharingia gets a journal to reunite the country. It will fail if the regime changes or if too much time passes.
* Atlantia has been added as a buffer state between Amazonie and Lotharingia. Atlantia gets a decision around 1840 to hold a referendum on whether to join either of its two neighbours or become independent. Atlantia is a major point of contention between the two countries and may cause a war if it joins either.
* Atlantia starts out as a Spanish puppet and truces with its neighbours, so it has time to avoid getting conquered.
* Atlantia has its own culture, and can also form Ameriga.
* Lotharingia can get a journal to own the state Atlantia sits on regardless of what they decide. Any country bordering Atlantia has the potential decision to integrate them as a puppet if there is a shared market.
