@ Major Update

- Added a "Activate All Conscripts" button in the war panel, by The Great Rework team.
- Increased the amount of choice pool of recruitable generals to 5 instead of 2.
- Removed Anbeeld's Revision of AI, due to its incompatibility with modded buildings. Now, AI will build all modded buildings like explosives industry and sugar cane factories (new building).
- Integrated most of Econopolis mod, of course we rebalanced it and enhanced it greatly. This adds a new building called "Sugar Cane Factory".
- Integrated Deal or No Deal mod.
- Integrated Imperial Federation mod. The Great Rework team changed the flag and requirements, to make it harder for Great Britain to form it. Britain must own (own states, not just control via puppets) all of the British Empire in order to form it.
- Integrated Napoleonic Flavor: Leaving for Syria.
- Integrated Plombières Agreements.
- Integrated most of Don't need it mod, except for some production methods.
- Integrated Journal Entries for Engines Fixed, which fixes steam engines & the atmospheric engine journal entries, making them always trigger for all eligible countries, which was broken previously.
- Integrated Constantinople strait fix, which fixes Constantinople strait being in the middle of the mediterranean instead of its place in Constantinople.
