Happy Halloween everyone. This update adds the following portraits:

Galicia-Lodomeria (1 portrait; 3 alts)
Eden (1 very spooky recolour)


- Added flags to Galicia-Lodomeria, Poland, Poland-Lithuania, and Ukraine to go with the new portraits.

- Added flags for a Galicia-Lodomeria formed by Krakow.

- Added flags for an Iberia formed by a Krakow-formed Galicia-Lodomeria (apparently this is a thing).

- Updated the Iberian CoA flags to make it identical to the ones from EU5.

- Added the following portrait:

Croatia (1 portrait; 4 alts)


- Added new flags to Croatia, Yugoslavia, and the HRE to go with the new portraits.

- Croatia now starts with the Ban of Croatia's guidon as its starting flag, and the flag will persist so as long as Croatia is a Crown Land type subject.

- Added new flags to Galicia-Lodomeria, Oman, and Zanzibar to prepare for future portraits.

- Updated the mod to update 1.10.3 of Victoria 3.

- Updated the country panel UI to include 1.10.3's integration of dragon-archer's GDP Ownership Display mod

- Added the new Montenegrin flags introduced in update 1.10.3

- Added the following portrait:

Bulgaria (1 portrait; 4 alts)


- Added new flags to Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, and the HRE to go with the new portraits.

- Added a new decision in the Flag Options to force Greater Austria to use the Austro-Hungarian duo portrait if you do not have Hungarian as a primary culture.

- Updated Venice's and Lombardia's dynamic country names to include the new ones from update 1.10.

- Updated the mod to update 1.10 of Victoria 3.

- Added a decision in the Flag Options to toggle between the Habsburg flag and the Austro-Hungarian civil ensign once the dual monarchy is established.

- Hungary and Transylvania will now start with the Habsburg banners as their flags until they either elevate themselves to a personal union or break free from Austria.

- Added flags to a Transylvanian formed SGF and Germany.

- If you choose the third option in the 'Serbia and Montenegro' event as Montenegro, then a duo portrait of both Montenegro and Serbia will appear on the flag.

- Added the following portrait:

Transylvania (1 portrait; 3 alts)


- Added new flags to Transylvania, Romania, Danubian State and the HRE to go with the new portraits.

- Modified technocracy Prussia's outfit to be a tiny bit less revealing (the modified version is still quite revealing though). The old portrait is still in the mod files should you wish to manually restore it.

- Added the following portrait:

Chile (1 portrait; 4 alts)


- Added new flags to Chile and the Federation of the Andes to go with the new portraits.

- Updated the non-fascist dictatorship flags of Germany to match with the updated German dictatorship flags from Victoria 3 patch 1.9.8

- Added the following portrait:

Tawantinsuyu (1 portrait; 4 alts)


- Added some flags (but not new portraits) for compatibility with Formable Nations Plus
