Fixed the problem that Psychic Boost and Psychic Frame hediffs remained when their user had their worn EVA armor destroyed directly.
Removed "Royal" tag from apparels because it prevented Dragonians from wearing Dragonian-specific apparels in certain cases.
Added RoyalTier tags to Dress A.

Bubble Shield, Psychic Boost, and Psychic Frame buffs no longer get duplicated.

Fixed the problem that Bubble Shield did not allow its wearer to recover from repeated mental breaks instantly.
Added a new ability and a drug to unlock it.
Dragonian Long Jump now has cooldown per charge.
Added recipes to make Dragonian meat.
EMP ability now has a damage bonus against pawns with built-in shields.
Changed preferability of Dragonian milk to lavish meal (from fine meal).
Pawns are now less likely to spam "10 jobs" error when struck by Dragonian Freezing Fog.

You can now spawn a new Dragonian settlement by talking to a Dragonian faction via Comms console.
Added partial compatibility with Rim Languages.
Tweaked old codes.

Fixed the problem that Grit buff from More Dragonian Items provided too much durability for Bubble shield.
Slightly reduced the amount of time for Bubble Shield to force its wearer to recover from a mental break.
More tweaks to Dragonian traders.

Added recipes to make subcores.
Fixed the problem that Dragonian bases and bulk traders did not sell items bulk traders should.
Dragonian traders now have more silver so the fix won't stop other items from spawning.
Added flavor text to Sprint ability's description.

Fixed the problem that destroying puddles of fuel with Dragonian ether threw an error on CE.
