Added a Mod Option allowing players to NOT hide their vehicle dashboard (honestly, I had forgotten to address this because nobody reported it on my page and I rarely drive in PZ).

Updated mod.info to be much more informative and legible when viewing DOTZ in the Mods tab of the Main Menu after launching PZ.
