  • Arthur's voice can no longer be generated on random soldiers.
  • Arthur's voice can no longer generate on civilians.
  • Removed the XComGame.ini file, as it was unnecessary.

  • Re-built Arthur with the Vanilla mod tools to give him back his dual Vanilla/WOTC support. Hopefully this doesn't break anything.
  • Better volume leveling across the board.

    You may need to re-assign Arthur's voice to your soldiers after this update.
