-Fixed the Outpost Bonuses' descriptions.
-Added name tags to the boards' Action Spaces, now you can hover your mouse over an Action Space and its name and description will pop up.
-Added name tags to the boards' additional travel costs, now you can hover your mouse over them and a small description will pop up.
