-fixed the values from the mod not saving

-better timing for gaining a life after reaching enough score to gain it

-increased the starting extra lifes in easy/medium/hard from 10 to 15
-added a score system to easy/medium/hard challenges, you gain point depending of how fast you finished each stage and for each extra life at the end if you won the challenge
-replaced the method to gain extra lifes in easy/medium/hard, now depends of your score, for each 7k points you will gain an extra life

-decreased the amount of perfect stages concluded required to gain an extra life from 5 to 4

-fixed gray pulsing bubble spawning some blue bubbles that goes to wrong directions

-Added a system to easy/medium/hard, for each 5 stages concluded perfectly (without dying) you will gain an extra life
-nerfed a few stages: Medium 3, Medium 20, Medium 34, Hard 4, Hard 9

-forgot to also remove the life counter while screen is black in the last update, fixed it now

-the level bar in panic mode is now colored instead of just blue, and it appears a little more to the right
-the screen now stays a little longer black while spawning the bubbles to not show doors being removed anymore or bubbles moving a little
-timer and level hud in easy/medium/hard are now fully invisible while screen is black

no gameplay changes

the level bar in panic mode now appears in the bottom at the right to not hide possible upcoming bubbles

-fixed the number of extra lifes in easy/normal/hard being 9 instead of 10 if you leave the run while the player is dead and start a new run
