* Fixed issue with starting pistol not appearing in the holster until a Magnum is picked up.
* Fixed issue with legs disappearing forever after ragdolling with Rag-Mod.

* Changed bloated Lux animation system to a new shorter and more manageable system.
- Crouching and Uncrouching is no longer delayed. Crouching is now as smooth as it can get to L4D1's system.

* LegsFadeDist has been removed from settings.cfg. It will no longer work.
* Fixed legs disappearing when getting healed by someone else.
* Added a new setting to settings.cfg.
ShowItemsOnLegs true (default) - (Show your pistols, health items and throwables on your legs. This spawns duplicate unusuable items on your legs to simulate this.)

* Fixed issue with flickering legs.
* Adjusted and updated the animations for the L4D2 survivors' legs to fit The Last Stand update.
There should be less appearances of arms on L4D2 survivors.
Might get around to working on L4D1 survivors someday.
* Found a typo with Lux's fix of +USE. Thanks Lux!

Leg's actual origin should be left untouched. Hacky fix.
