- USA is now American Democracy.
- Most of the western world is now a republic.
- European Nations are still monarchies so that not to break the HRE mechanics.
- British Commonwealth countries (UK, AUS, CAN, NZL) are monarchies.

- Kyrgyzstan now has Kyrgiz as a primary culture.

UPDATE 2.9: CULTURES

- USA now has American culture in its provinces.
- Canada now has English and French cultures in its provinces.
- Australia now has English culture.
- New Zealand now has English culture.
- Brazil now has Brazilian culture.
- South American countries follow the Castilian culture
- Russian culture is now more dominant in Russia.
- Fixed a bug where Germany along with it's provinces had Galician Culture.
- Cultures in most countries have been re-arranged.
- African Culture map is no longer a mess.

- USA has more accurate northern borders.
- Removed a province from Mexico and gave it to the US. Should have been in US control from the start.
- Fixed unit positions after US borders redrawing.

"BUGS"
- Removed non-existing province 1136-Gurma
- Removed some one province areas. Integrated into larger areas

"Cultures"
Edited the cultures of a few provinces. Istanbul now has Turkish culture.

"Forts"
- Edited Fort positions to be more strategically useful.
- Gave forts to USA and other nations in the Americas.
- Gave forts to certain weaker nations.

"Development"
- USA provinces no longer have 1/1/1 development. Significantly increased the dev of USA from 360 total dev to around 1200.
- Provinces around the world have better development in general.

- Denmark, Sweden, Norway no longer in a union
- The Canary Islands belong to Spain and not to Castile
- Adjacencies fixed in the German Region.
- Ukraine is now guaranteed by France
- Belarus is now guaranteed by Russia

Should put a halt into Russian Imperialism towards Europe.
