UPDATE 2.9.6

- Fixed a bug where two provinces in central Africa were colonial regions of South America.

UPDATE 2.9.5

- Fixed a bug where the game would sometimes get stuck on "Age of Discovery"
- Gave a province to Bolivia that wrongfully was owned by Chile.
- Fixed a few discovered wrong map positions for units
- Edited Kongo decision so that the nation of Kongo can be formed.

UPDATE 2.9.4

- Mongol Empire can now be formed. Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are the countries who can form it.
- Iran can no longer be formed by Afghanistan.
- The Persian Empire (from the Form Nations Add-On) cannot from the Mughals.
