Actually fixed Home Labelled tracks so that they will spawn now.
Home Labelled tracks are now remarkably more rare.

To give an idea:
An individual cassette's chance to spawn in a bookshelf is represented by 1.6.
For a Home Labelled cassette, the chance is instead 0.1.

- Hopefully fixed a distribution error that was causing Home Labelled tracks not to spawn when enabled.

Fixed a missing sound definition for home labelled track Souvenirs.

- Tracks in the Home Labelled mod should now spawn much less frequently compared to mainline tracks, hopefully making them rare compared to main tracks.
