-the base "Henotheistic Cult of Christ" modifier will stay on all christian provinces even if your ruler isn't following Christ.
-the modifier gets buffed to "Christian Basileus" when your ruler is following Christ.
New Hellenic Festival event for Christ "Pascha Festum"

Added two new decisions for the Hellenic Religion:
-Create the Theogonía- a Hellenic Bible that gives some missionary strength and a little idea cost reduction.
-Establish Neo-Platonic Schools- a Hellenic version of the Sunday School decision that gives some missionary strength and institution spread at the cost of tax income.

Edits to Henotheistic event, edited option effects, added custom tooltip.

New personal deity for the Hellenic faith: peacefully resolving the religious conflict will result in the formation of the Henotheistic Cult of Christ.
