| NEW MECHANIC - HEALING ON KILLS |
Whenever The Visitor gets a kill, he heals a static amount of health (1500); This also means that he can "overheal" if you don't deal damage and he makes it to his max starting health.
Decreased the amount of health The Visitor has (From 100,000 to 50,000) to make up for the new healing mechanic.

!! WARNING !!
The Visitor DOES NOT go back a phase when he heals past the threshold for each phase! This is a planned feature to allow him to "calm down" when he reaches his old phase state.

Made it so that when you are killed by The Visitor, your corpse will turn red; This will reset after you respawn.

Added a disintegrate effect when The Visitor kills you in his final phase.
Tweaked leaping capabilities
Added various new noises

Slightly adjusted the pitch of the sounds during each phase change.
Adjusted the pitch of the chase music so it slightly decreases every phase giving another horror element to The Visitor.
Slightly increased the range of the chase music.

Adjusted vehicle smash distance on targets when they are in a vehicle.
Set the gravity of The Visitor to 2200 (From 1000), this is to make it a little easier for the bot to recover from missed jumps and allows it to keep the pressure on their target.
Gave The Visitor the ability to leap towards you at specific heights, once he crosses a distance threshold he will pounce towards you. At the moment, there are only a few height and distance thresholds implemented but more will come soon after some testing.

Fixed a bug where some variables weren't being called properly, rendering The Visitor invisible in Multiplayer.

Added a subtle impact sound when The Visitor lands after a jump.
Raised the volume on the kill sounds for extra jumpscare ability.

Added a killcount. You can now see the killcount of the currently spawned Visitor NEXTBOT with the console command "npc_vis_killcount", whenever The Visitor is despawned the killcount will remain until a new one is created.

NOTE: The killcount total does NOT stack with multiple Visitors.

Adjusted phase change sound distance, players now hear The Visitor change phase from anywhere on the map, signalling a distressing warning to start running.
Added new reverb and echo effects for each phase change and death.
Adjusted hit noises.

Added a console command for resetting the position of The Visitor when he inevitably gets stuck. He will reposition roughly 1000 units on an axis in front to where you are looking, this is to give you a tiny bit of time to run. The console command is: "npc_vis_unstuck". Running this command without The Visitor spawned will notify you within the console.

The Visitor now has phases:
* The Visitor will now slightly increase in speed when health drops below 75%, 50% & 25%.
* Each phase has an audio que that plays upon starting.
* The Visitors' audio will become distorted each interval to represent the demon that is trying to escape.
* The Visitors' sprite will change colour and saturation each phase change.

Due to adding phases, The Visitors health has been drastically decreased from the normal Nextbot amount to 100K, you're gonna need a full team to work together to take this sucker down, he can take a hit and pack a punch.

The screen will now shake upon the creatures death, symbolizing a great victory.
The screen shake can be seen by everyone within a specific range of the kill.

I am currently working on updating and modifying this Nextbot to be more terrifying, here are the current changes so far:

Made The Visitor killable, but the health is currently unchanged.
Added a noise for when damage is inflicted onto The Visitor.
Ever so slightly reduced the height of The Visitor to accurately represent his hitbox a little better.

Added a few new sounds, including death sounds.
Slightly increased speed of The Visitor.
Tweaked Acceleration & Deceleration. He can now turn more efficiently.
The Visitor will now step over crouch-jumpable obstacles and navigate uneven terrain more efficiently.
