Version 1.03:

1) Slightly adjusted the FLs of various Mutons because:
1a) There were 6 Mutons that appeared at FL13 that needed to be spread out.
1b) Several Muton variants appeared as followers before normal Mutons and needed to be delayed.

2) Increased the FL requirement for Muton Brigade from 10 to 12 to compensate for the fact that it now takes FL into account and has very limited Muton Diversity at FL 10.

3) Broke up the Muton Brigade Sitrep into various entries so that every folder has its own Encounter List array for it. This is just an organizational change, but it fixed a potential issue resulting in crashes where (in the old setup) you could disable a mod's folder but the Muton Brigade sitrep would've still pulled those enemies.

4) Added ABA as a requirement due to Muton Brigade.
