Added menu function to toggle tabs

Added icons for 4 tools

Changed the menu aesthetics to be more like Garry's Mod
The Gmod-esque tool menu is now more Gmod-esque!

- Black shadow for tool icons and outline for labels
Makes the labels and the tool icons pop out more with the new menu color.

- Menu tabs
These currently have no use other than pulling together the Garry's Mod look. They may have a use in the future, who knows..

Changed label names
Base Game Tools -> Teardown Tools
Modded Tools -> Workshop Tools

Moved 3 tools to Teardown Tools
- Minigun
- Lasergun
- Smokegun

Changed menu functions to light up
The menu function buttons (tool id, hover-over) will light up depending on their on/off state.

Moved "Powers" label to new sidemenu
The side menu is toggled by pressing the two white arrows to the right of the menu, the side menu won't scroll with the rest of the menu so you can access this even if you have scrolled all the way to the bottom of your pile of tools! This also provides much more space for your precious tools!
