Added Gain XP option to turn on/off the XP gain when cutting grass, for those hardcore playstyles which just want to cut grass.

Rewrote/Refactor to now automatically equip a hand scythe if one is found in the player inventory/backpack.
Any secondary hand item is automatically unequipped.
Hand scythe asset remains in the primary hand during cutting animation.
Speed bonus is now 60% to 85%
No more player thoughts or config. Just fast grass cutting.

Added Sandbox Option to turn off Thoughts (ie help messages) about using the hand scythe.
Added mods/GrassCuttingWithTool/RemoveGrassWithTool.ini file which can be edited to override the Thoughts sandbox option for existing game saves.

Fixed bug 14/9/22: Non-skill related items such as type "Gravelbag" do not have getCategories() method. Removed getCategories() call as it was not needed.

Modified the character messages to use the display name of the tool so it shows in the chosen language.

Fixed bug where the HandScythe is not detected due to different language. The tool detection is now language independent.
TODO: Update the character dialog to use the language name for the Hand Scythe where it is currently hard-coded.

This mod changes the Remove Grass action so if you have a Hand Scythe equipped in the primary hand, and nothing the secondary hand, it will reduce the grass cutting time by a base 50% + (Small Blade Level / 40).
If you have a secondary weapon equipped it will not reduce the time.

The instructions on how to use are your character talking to himself/herself when trying to remove grass... just the sort of thing you can expect from someone who loves to touch grass.
