Alright, here's the deal with Fiend Folio support. This mod works because the "debug 3" command prevents damage while still allowing sacrifice spikes to drop rewards. However, Fiend Folio replaces the "debug 3" command with "chapi nodmg" in its Custom Health API. This new command prevents damage as expected, BUT unlike the original it does not drop sacrifice room rewards.

This is all to say Goat Plush will tragically not work under Fiend Folio. As far as I can tell, the "debug 3" command seems to have some sort of sacrifice exception built-in, and "chapi nodmg" simply does not (and possibly cannot) replicate it. Sorry.

Added support for Jacob+Esau and (probably) multiplayer in general.
