updated the blacklist to include a couple progression items i forgot about

this is just a dumb shitpost i made to practice lua, play at your own risk and dont take it too seriously :)

if you havent tested it out yet it just replaces all item pedistals (minus progression items) with the bloat

if anyone sends me proof of beating a full run with this challenge ill put your name in the description or smth, i just really want to see someone beat this
