-Updated the stats to the new ones

After updating Beyond the Forge to 3.0 make sure to use the big red button "Reset Mod" in the main admin menu, this is not negotiable, it will not work as intended if you do not, Funcom made massive changes to the stats and progression and there was nothing I could do to avoid a reset like this.

The move sets for the BtF weapons still have some issues but there is nothing we can do until Terrornaut gets to them, we weren't given enough time to go through all that needs to be done and Terror is updating his mods as well. So please, give him some time to get to it.

-Fixed an issue that occurred when an item didn?t have an icon in its data table, preventing it from working with the system.
-Fixed an issue where weapon damage was also applied to stamina damage.

-Added a default icon to avoid white squares in the UI even if the weapon has no valid icon.
