- NEW DINOSAUR! The highly requested Raptor joins the roster!

- Raptor skull flag icon to go with the new portrait

- Randomly generated AI empires should now be able to use the Machine Allo portrait.

- Added new colour variants to Dilophosaurus, Ceratosaurus and Parasaurolophus.

- Fixed some resolution issues with several flag icons.

- NEW DINOSAUR! Parasaurolophus joins the roster as the latest Saurian portrait species!
- Added 2 flag icons to go with the parasaur
- Made the dark female dilophosaurus look slightly less drab.
- Made a few flag icons less "foggy" when shown on the galaxy map.
