Keeping the pack functional before the release of version 1.4.5 of Terraria. Only minor updates until then.

1. Changed the Void Vault and Piggy Bank UI elements, and introduced a new UI element for favorited Void Vault items.

This will be the last update before version 2.0, which should push the pack towards being 1.4.5-ready.

2. Character creation menu has been slightly overhauled with new visuals
3. Buttons on the main menu have been changed to fit the visual theme
4. Buttons in the in-game inventory for Equipment, Housing, and Camera Mode have been changed to fit the visual theme
5. New minimap look on the 'Default' option. More to come?
