PCs won't follow eachother for any dialogue in squads up to 17 members.

Edit- I will be trying to polish dialogue following so it only happens within city walls to reduce AI mishaps while large squads are on the move.

NPC dialogue fixes and balances
Added a few more lines of dialogue
Fixed race specific combat dialogue

After realizing the amount of dialogue in this mod might not balance well with squad size, I decided to scale the dialogue frequency depending on squad size. The scaling goes as follows
Tiny squad 1-6
Small squad 7-12
Medium squad 13-17
Large squad 18-24
City size 25+

Tiny squads won't interact as much, not much to talk about. These squads will have conversations less frequently.

Small squads are a balance between tiny and medium.

Medium squads will have more conversations and comment more frequently.

Large squads are a balance between Medium and City sized squads.

City sized squads will constantly converse and comment on things. This is more meant for PC's that generally just stay in base either working or idling.

A squad of a larger size should still interact with NPCs of other smaller squads, increasing a smaller squad's chance to interact while around larger squads.

Reimplimented updates released earlier before rollback

I don't know why they broke things so much, but I just redid them the same as I introduced them earlier and they just work this time...

Last update needs some immediate bug fixing, i apologise for the update clutter, I'll be reverting to this update until the bugs are addressed
