Construction Accessories 1.1

Changes
  • Added Cone
  • Added a new Function tab called 'Construction'

Fixes
  • Fixed Placeable Walls clipping through regular walls
  • Fixed not being able to place something directly beside the wall (e.g. a table)
  • Cleaned up the NavigationBoundary of the Placeable Wall and Half Wall
  • Doubled the thickness of the Half Wall's trim to match the rest
