hey everyone, Ant here, im pushing out a very minor update to fix the several year's old weather systems in the map.

-hopefully fixed the weather, i guess only time will tell right?

Added Desert Falcon magazine to Ninja Hachiro's Rare Weapons Vendor (which is accessible after completing his quest)
Fixed some roads slightly floating near Sapporo train station
