Tweaked the drying time of fresh tobacco to be more in line with fresh uncut cannabis

Tidied code, removed some redundant lines, corrected some entries

Fixed error with plants being unharvestable (please note that you can only harvest cannabis at level 7 growth, even though it says you can harvest at level 6 growth)
