Better implementation of the mission "Restore the Legions". Instead of requiring the player to have 100k troops and remain at or under force limit, now it requires the player to have a force limit of 100 and be at or over the force limit. I don't know why it took me this long to realize that this was a way better way of implementing this, don't ask.

Nerfed some modifiers, buffed some others, and fixed a government reform. Just a quick check to make sure I'm still satisfied with the mod, and I am, so don't expect any updates besides maintenance to ensure the mod is still compatible with coming EU4 updates. I consider the mod complete.

Restore the Roman Senate mission now grants the new Roman Republic government reform. The old Roman Senate reform will still be available.
Forming Italy will now give the Italian mission tree, with a helpful disclaimer added to the decision

found out that local_fort_maintenance_modifier is a thing, so now completing the mission "Fortify Titano" makes the fort in the province cost zero maintenance

Can no longer infinitely return roman treasures, summoning new relics from the void and gaining infinite ducats and prestige.
