Added a couple new resistance cards. Modified Barnesmore Engines to provide +4 shield *regardless* of climate. Modified Basilisk Doctrine to work based on skirmisher armor rather than ripjacks. Added Sol Shells (fire blast for shotgun) and Mindgorger Protocol (+1 skullmining usage, double skulljack PG project results)
