hotfix
i tried to decrease the rating of any spawnlist, it failed.
tried to change the spawn place and decrease them, again failed.
now it's a way to make a sub-mod, maybe it will make all the car disappear,
i don't think i'll do it on this mod, but i'll try on a TEST-mod first.
