Minor Update

- xml UI updated to support setting up Boss Monster, Boss Monster: Next Level, and Tools of Hero Kind. When choosing Boss Monster or Next Level the appropriate cards will be pulled from the right chest depending on the total amount of seated players in the game. With this change the buttons on the chests have been removed since they are no longer necessary. The Tools of Hero Kind chests have been removed as well and the components have been placed in their box in the expansion display area of the table. When using the xml UI button for Tools of Hero Kind the components will be pulled from this box. Placing Tools of Hero Kind components is not dependent on the amount of players in the game

- function created to check if the game is already in progress on load of a saved game and to take you into the Game Actions menu as expected if the game is already in progress
