Small update:
-New art in civ selection screen.
-Buff to Kaedweni Camp: combat bonus against units changed from 5 to 10.
-Buff to Leader ability: Military Engineer buff to siege units against districts changed from 5 to 7.
-Updated StartBias for Hengfors League: should now spawn more near Mountains.
-Text fixes, including updated abilities descriptions this time :-P
