-fixed bug with disappearing truck at the end
-chickens now only lay eggs when you're near the chicken house

-bought weapons are now available at the player spawn point
-added some additional floors to the chicken house
-added shelter near a tree to avoid long range firefights in the starting location
-fixed bot getting stuck in a sign in one of the locations
-added new points for the chicken houses (max chicken houses 10, max chickens 100)
-increased delay between waves of bots
-introduced prestige system, the level of prestige increases the player's health, speeds up passive egg growth and spawn chicken with eggs
-added "cf_reset_save" command to manually reset a save without losing prestige level
