Update:

- Fully rewritten code, hopefully less buggy, should at least be better now.
- Added sparks :P (though mostly visible on the higher presets).
- Bit more efficient
- Uses actual vehicle health now.

Update:
- Added more explosion sounds.
- Changed options under Vehicle Menu to limit amount of times a vehicle may explode (default = 1).
- NOTE: Under Explosion menu, there is a explosion amount option which is UNRELATED to this option, the explosion amount is the amount of explosions that happens at once when the car explode (creating more damage, not how many times the car can explode.

Changes:
- Fix bug where vehicle strength setting would have no effect
- VEHICLES YEET THEMSELFS UPON EXPLOSION :D. (Configurable in menu -> Explosions -> Explosion Yeet Strength (0 = disabled)

Me big dum dum, forgot to re-enable the code to create a new preset when the predefined presets were changed.

Now changing keys to open menu and enable/disable can be configured correctly.

New:

- Automatically creating new preset when editing the default presets (low, (medium/default), high, ultra).
- Should be more user friendly as it is not known that previously when editing these presets it would be overwritten on restart...
- Sound volume
