Removed all ships and Commander cards, that were on the board, which was causing a major bottleneck on loading the board. This should improve loading time and stop the need to clear the board each time.

Also added a dice counter, however it displays the dice's the true values of die. It does not add up Success, Successes and Critical rolls.

This updated REQUIRES the latest mod for building fleets. It is pinned as REQUIRED on this mod.

Punic and CAS base connections. Previously both Massive elements had different and faulty connections, if shaken too fast the bases would get messed up or fall through map. Now connections should be more stable for both ships, but I would advice to TURN the Elements while holding model or the Mid-Section base.
