Halo Fleet Battles: Community Update

Description
This update adds the community rules to the existing mod of Halo Fleet Battles.

Attached is a side mod that allows you to build a fleet. That "Fleet Building" mod is required as this mod has no ship models in anymore.

Some ship models are re-used. New ships have yet to be added, as I do not know how to add them in. This will take time as I have to learn basic programming and modeling; without help.

Not gonna lie really dissipointed by all the models being removed.

Hey, are the Tablets only opening to the Google Homepage for anyone else? Just discovered this Game and i want to try to Learn how to play but both the Tablets that are supposed to have the Rules refuse to load anything other than the google homepage.

lol, i like that the 'phoenix' class (the spirit of fire) is an upside down 'epoch' ship XD i love it.
