Halo Fleet Battles: Community Update

This update adds the community rules to the existing mod of Halo Fleet Battles.

Here's whats been added as of April 2022.

UNSC:

Three new commanders and a new character to play with.

Covenant:

2 new characters and 4 new commanders.

Both Factions:

Revised and new ships added
