Fixed a small issue with the previous update.

Also added an additional special event, which will hopefully work fine and not mess anything up.

Added a second, smaller variant of the Ratpack which can be crafted using a Duffel Bag instead of a Military Backpack.

Added a chance for the new, smaller Ratpack to spawn as loot in the world.

Fixed bug causing lua error messages to appear from performing certain actions while *not* wearing a Ratpack.

Edited model texture slightly to make a seam on the body less visible.

Recipe remains unchanged for now.
