Changed SOTDs loots so Soverigns Drop by level

All Dolphins should be tameable

Redid Stables, may not kill animals on server restart, use at own risk until tested

Larged and small storage should be pocket craftable
Damage and durability should work on cannons
Maces,Scythes, brass Knuckles should get damage buffs
Books can now not be taken out of order
Crop plots should be tillable now
All Animals should eat their favorite foods
