Adds in a custom version of the Pirate Roam Mod
Adds in Custom Skill Tree Thanks to MidnightAyaChan and others at Armco for the design.

This is a mod specifically for the ARMCO server, so really description is just for them, anyone playing on ARMCO server has to have it
