Added a bunch of new features:
1) Bank text showing how much a player has left
2) Bet zones showing how much a player is betting
3) Collect bets pulls the pot chips into the player's betting zone
4) New dealer/Small blind/Big Blind chips

More broadcasts showing who the next dealer is, if a player is folding.
Fixed gathering chips into pot so they don't explode everywhere.
Fixed new deck function.
Fixed pot to update as chips enter the pot zone
