Another fix for the element/tribute transfers not working on servers, should now be working properly.

Fixed an issue with the element/tribute transfers not working on servers.
Added support for Lost Island's trophy and flag items.

Fixed an issue with some craftable items appearing twice.

Removed the old transmitter.

New mod items added to the crafting mode.

Fixed an issue with the boss portals showing the incorrect boss for lost island.
Crafting speed has been increased to 12x if a player that has the tek replicator unlocked uses the transmitter, there will be a 5 minute cooldown however and after this time if someone doesn't have the engram and is using the transmitter then the crafting speed will be reverted back to 1x

Forgot to clean up some of the unused files.

Added proper support for lost island.
It is no longer necessary to transfer items to another inventory when the tribute transfers are enabled/disabled.

Cleaned up about 10mb of unused files that is due to an issue with the latest devkit.
