Fixed a previous issue that had files missing after an update.

Temporarily reverted due to files missing after cooking.

Old transmitters are no longer functional but will give you an option to convert them into the new updated version which will also transfer all items along with it.

Unfortunately due to an issue with the files this now has to be done as it is preventing me from making certain changes otherwise.

Reworked the tribute uploads system and cleaned up a lot of code.
Added the element/element dust crafting engrams that was initially supposed to be there.

Accidentally removed the engram from player inventory, it has now been re-added.
Added 2 new engrams to the crafting menu that allows you to craft 1000 element dust for 1 element and vice versa.

The transmitter should now display the correct number of items.

Reworked the tribute/crafting system so you now must face the transmitter and press E to change modes between item/character transfers and crafting mode, i have also fixed and added support for the king dinopithecus boss portals on Lost Island.

Fixed an issue that was preventing the transmitter from being turned on.

Boss portals can now be crafted from the transmitter.
The Tribute and Element uploads option has been added to the radial wheel when the transmitter is turned on.

The transmitter visual issues has been fixed after restarting the client/server when it was left on.

You can now craft the same items that a tek replicator can when a nearby tek generator is turned on but without consuming any element, crafting speed will also be much slower by default but custom INI settings can be applied to change this.
