Fixed an issue where the transmitter would display the incorrect amount of items if S+ is not installed.
Fixed an issue where some engrams were displayed twice.
Added the rhynio saddle.

You may have to pick up the structure and place it down again before these fixes will take effect.

Added some missing trophy items from the island.
Added a new config that allows you to make the transmitter use fuel.
The crafting speed that is set from the config now doubles as a bonus if you have the replicator engram unlocked but will always be set to at least 12x crafting speed or 1x without the engram.
