Due to an issue where the tribute uploads would sometimes stop working after awhile from activating it, i have allowed the option to be used multiple times.

Added some missing trophy items from the island.
Added a new config that allows you to make the transmitter use fuel.
The crafting speed that is set from the config now doubles as a bonus if you have the replicator engram unlocked but will always be set to at least 12x crafting speed or 1x without the engram.
