Time to finally write some patchnotes.

Between the last noted update and this one, I learned some more basics of Tabletop Sim and have applied them to the game. Many objects that were once just decorations with flavor text are now Bags which contain items. The feature this update is named after, 'Liars & Cheats', is a semi-pseudo-secret ruleset the Dealer can invoke to alter the game. To avoid spoilers, I won't talk about it much, but it can be accessed somewhere on the Fire Sigil table.

The table at large has been cleaned up a bit to avoid clutter, and all the Rules notecards have been packed away into snazzy top-secret document folders for convenience; now the rules don't need to take up physical space on the table just so you can reference them again mid-session. The credits section of this addon's description has expanded greatly because of the amount of new items now stored inside these bag objects. I did my best to only include things that pertain to the game. I got rid of the golden quarter and instead placed OSRS runes around which can be flipped like coins. Each rune is meant to be flipped for a different circumstance. The descriptions of the cards received minor edits to reflect that they now invoke runes instead of the coin.

Also, the booze containers are now infinite spawners for filled shotglasses, and there are more cigars. The cigars are now stored (unlit) inside a humidor and (lit) in the lighter.

Added four new information cards in the FOW area entitled 'For The Dealer's Consideration I - IV', fixed some minor bugs with the placement of the drink props & wrote this note about it.

* Rewrote some of The Major Arcana's cards because I was blitzed out of my gourd and deprived of sleep when I wrote them and the language was very inconsistent
* Added some missing information to the rule cards and tweaked some text
