LennyTheLing Overhauled several parts of the mod to help improve optimisation and performance as well as fix some bugs.

Planets colonised after a habitat has been built in a system should now get the proper bonuses from space elevators

Colony automation can now build space elevators in certain circumstances

spaceelevator.100 event changes
variable scope now applies to the system, not the habitat
event no longer iterates through every planet
event now only checks every_owned_pop once

Fixed a missing scope affecting the bonuses for crime reduction jobs (both regular and gestalt) they should apply correctly now.

Most are new jobs added by the Machine Age though Astral Unit is one I missed when adding the Astral Rift DLC jobs.
