Adjusted typo on player helper

Minor re-balancing of some of the Dealer payouts,

Updating of helper cards to accurately reflect rules.

RULES CHANGES:

Players no longer have to take all items in the loot box when they throw someone out of the balloon.

Clarification over when balloon crashes.

Additional Dealers.

GRAPHICS CHANGES:

Helper cards now have a back.

Dealers changed to grey colour scheme to make them more distinct from loot.

Major Overhaul about how Loot/Dealers work to try and simplify system

Card graphics Added

Added Spin-dials instead of cards to better match physical version of the game. Action/Target cards retained as optional for those who prefer to use them.
