This is a branch version of the original mod.
- adds the attribute that restrict the amount of Orbital Relay to each spec.
- changes the number from 1 to 999 for those specs.
There shouldn't be any incompatibilities It will overwrite any changes that set a specific amount of spec numbers, though. So, even if another mod changes it to any value, it will stay 999 (except they used the same way, in which case order will decide I suppose)
