Removed TGE estates preload

Updated to work with game version 1.37.X

Mod merge has been re-done with the latest versions of Trade Goods Expanded (TGE) and Extended Timeline.

Fixed issue that caused trade goods to have a base price of 1.00 (Thank you clep0 for pointing this out in the last version).
Removed 16 goods (all of them produced by manufactories), all manufactories and buildings from TGE.
Removed mines feature from TGE.
Removed events that were dependant on missing features from TGE.

Updated to work with EU IV 1.34.5

Merged Extended Timeline 1.14.4 for EU IV 1.34.* & Trade Goods Expanded (02/Oct/2022)

Extended Timeline settings and modifications have priority over Trade Goods Expanded unless it's a trade good related modification - This means, whenever I found a number/option that was changed by both mods, I would keep the ET over the TGE option, unless it was directly related to trade goods.

All done using WinMerge, Notepad++ & Photoshop
