More Bug fixes and Optimizations, and a few additions.

Small optimizations and Bug Fixes around the map:
- Supplies Master's Final quest should no longer bug.
- Head Scientists name was changed for obvious reasons.
- A few other small fixes

Additions:
- Handgliders can now spawn at Malakai Resort
- Added more Mineable rocks around the map.

Bug Fixes and Optimizations:
- Added Metal Nodes
- Fixed A few NPC errors (Bugged Quests and Broken Dialogue and more)
- Fixed error where boats would spawn on Helipads instead of Helis
- Made a few more very minor optimizations around the Map.
